The Pink Elephant The Pink Elephant is the newest of a recent string of bar openings in San Diego. The Grand Opening is Friday, July 13. The owners of The Pink Elephant are no strangers to the bar scene. The ladies of Pacific Shores and their husbands own the joint. Dang Nguyen, Robin Chiki, John and Ami Reis, Barbara and Lorenzo Garcia are the proud owners. Robin, Ami and Barb have many years experience bartending. Ami Reis created the Sneaky Tiki which was a popular drink at Pac Shores and ask Robin to make you her specialty shot and you will want a few more.

The Pink Elephant took over what used to be Dino’s (next to Shooters) and you won’t recognize it when you step inside. With two pool tables, a 45 rpm jukebox, swanky booths, and a cool sparkly pink bar, it is already becoming a new local favorite. As of now, there are no bands scheduled to perform, but in the future they will have shows.

Drop in have a drink enjoy the atmosphere and welcome the newest kid on the block, The Pink Elephant.

What perfect timing for the The Pink Elephant’s grand opening this Friday, July 13 because Ray at Night is Saturday, July 14. (see previous post)
