so you think you can shoot Want to improve your photography skills or learn new techniques? There are some cool classes offered through the annual MOPA/Grossmont College Summer Workshops. The workshops begin July 12 and one is already sold out. These workshops give adults the opportunity to work with and learn from locally and nationally recognized photographers. According to the MOPA website, “The three-day workshops include an evening lecture at MoPA and two full-day workshops at Grossmont College. Credit for these workshops are available through Grossmont College.”

Gavin Hipkins
The Photographic Series: Defining and Refining
August 2-4, 2007

According to the MOPA website, “Tuition for each workshop is $215 for MoPA members and $260 for non-members. In addition to the workshop tuition, all participants are required to enroll in a one-unit course at Grossmont College. The course fee is $32 (non-residents should contact Grossmont College directly for additional fee information).”
