I went to the Casbah that night (per the suggestion on this site) and was very impressed with the bands and did not know that so many people are willing to go out and pay money for a show on a Tuesday night. I'm usually in PB for Taco Tuesdays.

Anyhow, The Swedish Models was a pretty random band, in a good way. With all that juxtoposition, I wonder who writes the songs? That guitarist, singer, keyplayer did look a lot like David Wooderson.

The Vultures was really thrashy and rough around the edges, but that drummer with the broken foot was tough. The singer didn't seem like he was very nice, but that seems to be their thing.

The Muslims had a pretty linear, droney sound, nothing really jumped out at me, and the songs were not memorable, but a live CD of them would be a good alarm clock disc to wake up to.

Please keep me updated on any other rad shows.
