TMZ reports that Hilton was released from jail three days after checking into an LA County Jail in Alameda. The LA County Sheriff says she will now serve 40 days of home confinement with an ankle bracelet. This is the state of our jails, 45 day sentence for violating probation, reduced to 23 days, with 3 days served.
Hmmm, is three days long enough for her to write a tell all book? Guess we will have to miss out on that one.

Well you know what they say: “Money make the world go around”. Mr. Hilton had to have had a judge in his circle of friends. Must be nice, I wonder if it gives wealthy people a right of way to screw up.I also heard on the radio yesterday that she would have In n Out burgers and meals of the sort, while the guards would take snapshots with her. She needs to put on a couple pounds anyways to fit in her new Louis Vitton leather, ankle bracelet.
