Its that time of year again, March Madness is here. Office productivity comes to a halt Thursday as 64 mens college basketball teams duke it out to win the NCAA Basketball Tournament. San Diegans will have to adopt a team to follow; neither SDSU or USD made the it to the Big Dance. I suggest UCLA (26-5) the number two seed in the West, but I am a little biased.
