This year New Year’s Eve dresses are all about embellishments from Fringe to Sequins you can’t go wrong with that little black dress that has that little something extra. Last year i said Fringe, and you would think Minnitonka boots and fringed purses but this year its all about that 1920′s sex appeal. Somehow sequins have always meant NYE to me. Maybe it’s the resemblance to a disco ball but it seems there is always that girl at the party so shiny she screams Hey come look at me! The sequins are minimal yet sexy with a racerback and low cut front and the wool of the dress makes it warm enough to wear without that giant winter shrug.
