Good Old War not only have made a name for themselves on their own merit, but act as the backing band for Anthony Green. This trio from Pennsylvania includes Keith Goodwin, Daniel Schwartz and Tim Arnold. Keith and Tim orignally were in a band called Days Away and once that band went on hiatus, Good Old War was created.
Good Old War starting writing songs back in December of 2007. To introduce themselves to the world, the band recorded some demos and have been playing with Anthony Green on tour dates that included South by Southwest in Austin, Texas. Good Old War just finished their first full length album titled ‘Only Way To Be Alone’ with producer Rick Parker in Los Angeles. According to Good Old War’s myspace page, you can pick up the new Sargent House release ‘Only Way To Be Alone’ on August 1st Digital, August 6th Pre-Orders and officially on September 16th ONLY in Indie Stores.
