Last Friday, we walked over to Side Bar for the Dekline / The Skateboard Mag / Stereo ASR party. The launch party was for Dekline’s new lightweight high performance vulcanized construction “-150g.” It was the party everyone in the industry was talking about, but few had tickets for.
Inside it was hosted bar, free Ciros pizza, and music by DJs “the Sassy Boys.” We had a great time at the party. We got a chance to break bread with friends and make some new ones during the 3 hour fiesta. Side Bar is always a great venue for having a private party or networking event. It’s not to small and not to big.
We left around 9 p.m., but not before I got a chance to shake hands with Jason Lee, star of NBC’s “My Name is Earl.”
