Today, we learned about a single mom who is using MySpace in her effort to collect unpaid child support. The following message was sent to SanDiegoish via MySpace (names were omitted for privacy reasons):
“I happened to come across your page by luck maybe….
Sorry to bother you I was reluctant to write you…see you are a busy man.
I have a situation….I see you know name?
I happen to have a four year old son with him a son he refuses to take responsibility for…the reason why I say is because he doesn’t visit with him even after a visitation was establish by the court.
He has not paid any child support since I’ve opened the case two years ago…..well maybe he was forced to make a few payments so he could get his driver’s license back. but that’s ’bout it.
I see he has worked for you and I was hoping maybe you could provide me with any information you may still have on that.
Maybe payments you’ve made to him or payments he has made to you?
He will soon be audited because the courts are trying to establish the amount he should be paying.
I know this is a long shot….hope you can help.”

YES…IT DOES WORK…Have you ever stopped to think how many people see and search MYSPACE???? I mean HELLO …this is a GREAT WAY to get public knowledge out there about Deadbeats…for MEN AND WOMEN ALIKE… I also too have my own web page for deadbeats on MYSPACE and found my deadbeat in another state UTILIZING it…I guess for him the running got to be to much for him and now after almost 6 years…I finally got my day in court with him @ 2 months ago…so Hey take it from someone who knows it DOES and I repeat DOES WORK!!
