Chargers Win First Playoff Game in 13 Years

The Chargers beat the Titans 17-6 in their first playoff win in over 13 years — Go Chargers! I have to give credit to Norv Turner who took all of the criticism this season with grace and led this team to a playoff victory. That said, the Chargers are no closer to the Super Bowl than they were last season when they were 14-2. As the number 3 seed in the AFC they had to play one extra game this season and thankfully they won it today. Hopefully the Chargers new found confidence carries over to Sundays 1PM game against the Colts.

According to ESPN, the Titans coach Jeff Fisher designed a defensive scheme completely different from the one he used against San Diego in the Dec. 9 game in Nashville….When Tomlinson got the ball, the linebackers attacked the holes, leaving him no room to run. The Titans put the game in Phillip Rivers hands and he took over.

Of course everyone does not share our enthusiasm over today’s win, some people don’t forget so easy. How about you?
