LA Times Photographer, Karen Tapia-Anderson, captured a Stonehenge like image of 12 firefighters surrounded by flames atop of hill in the Santiago Firein Lake Forest. The Orange County firefighters were forced to take cover inside their silver coated emergency shelters. LA Observed wonders if this next year’s Pulitzer photo.
