Kate Moss wore a vintage Dior dress to the V&A Ball on Tuesday only to have Courtney Love (who is rumored to be dating her ex boyfreind junkie Pete Doherty) trample the back off her gown and rip it up the back. Instead of crying and going home, or calling an assistant to bring a new gown Kate took to her design skills and tied it up into a mini dress for the after parties.
