We received an email from the Padres organization about buying postseason games. Yeah we know, they are one game out of first but loyal fans can sign up for an opportunity to purchase 2007 playoff tickets in case they do make it.
The Padres recently announced the launch of an online drawing for the opportunity to buy tickets to potential postseason games at PETCO Park. Fans selected through the random online drawing on padres.com will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for postseason games.
All fans that register now on padres.com will automatically be eligible for the random drawing for single game ticket purchase for potential National League Division Series (NLDS), National League Championship Series (NLCS), and World Series games at PETCO Park.
Registration for the NLDS drawing closes at noon PT on Monday, September 17.
However, fans may register after that for additional potential series. A limited number of fans will be selected in a random drawing and will be notified via e-mail by Tuesday, September 25th with instructions regarding the online purchase of up to four tickets to one NLDS game at PETCO Park. Closing dates for the NLCS and World Series will be determined at a later date.
